What you will learn: Ingredients: Necessary ingredients and how to select the best quality Dough Work: How to work with prepared dough and the dough preparation process Fermentation: Proofing sourdough bread Technique: Shape and proof your own baguette You will leave this class not only with your own freshly baked sourdough, but with the skills and confidence to bake at home. Let’s bake something truly unforgettable together! *No open-toed shoes. Please dress casually and comfortably. *Must be 16 or older to attend baking class.
