Come and learn how to make the lightest, most delicate flaky pie crust! In this workshop, you'll make a delicious fresh double-crust pie with your choice of blueberry, mixed berry or apple filling. Decorate it with cut outs and take it home to bake or freeze! Pie crust is tricky...it can be challenging to get the light and flaky texture...hard to roll evenly and frustratingly difficult to get a pretty finished edge. This workshop will provide plenty of tips and tricks to use for every stage of the crust. We'll also guide you through the best techniques for delicious fillings! NOTE this is an ADULT class, but kids under 12 welcome WITH AN ADULT, purchase of seats for everyone attending.
