Fresh pasta is fun and so very satisfying to make. And dry box pasta can’t compare to the light, silky rich pasta made by hand. We’ll make beautiful classic egg pasta, and share techniques using the KitchenAid stand mixer with pasta attachments. We'll also make make fresh, homemade pesto...two different kinds. You'll cook a batch at Mix for tasting, and then take your batch of fresh-made pastas and a jar of pesto home!This is intended for adults, but young people 8 years old and up are welcome with an adult, and purchase of seats for all attendees. -Fresh Egg Pasta - learn to cut fettuccine -Fresh pesto sauce - basil pesto and arugula pesto Allergy Note: Pesto does contain nuts.
