Fresh Pasta Workshop - Ravioli!

Fresh pasta is fun and so very satisfying to make. And dry box pasta can’t compare to the light, silky rich pasta made by hand. We’ll make beautiful classic egg pasta dough, and learn techniques using the KitchenAid stand mixer with pasta attachments. Then, we'll turn it into fun, delicious cheese ravioli! We'll also make a fresh pesto with basil and pistachios for a unique twist! Cook a batch of your ravioli to eat at Mix and take the rest home. Bring a bottle of wine (we're BYOB!).
