Hands-on Workshop Love, love, love those little heavenly pillows. Gnocchi is a true comfort food, and fun and easy to make. We'll make two kinds of fresh gnocchi and a variety of simple sauces...eat a bunch and take a bunch home for later! Many restaurants make and serve fresh-made gnocchi on their menu all over Italy. The word 'gnocchi' comes from the Italian word for knuckle, and many Italians make them to resemble a small part of the finger with ridges and little indentations. They're light, airy and and delicious mashed potato base make them a huge hit with kids and adults alike.Adults and kids 10 years old and up if accompanied by an adult (purchase of 2 seats). Menu: -Traditional potato gnocchi with browned butter sauce- Sweet potato gnocchi with sage sauce Kids are welcome with a parent or older sibling and purchase of seats for all who attend
