The lesson will turn it into Gnocchi alla Sorrentina (fresh Gnocchi Potato Dumplings baked with rich Red Sauce, gooey Mozzarella & Parmesan), served with Garlic Bread. Dessert is Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake.
