Free Beginner Friendly Acroyoga Class

Join Bridgette & PHX Acro as learn handstands! Every Tuesday evening at 7 pm next to the water of Tempe Town Lake below Mountainside Fitness on the Grassy knoll. This class will introduce you to handstands and help build a practice around them! This class is open to any levels even first time Acro peeps! All you need is yourself, a water bottle, and a mat. Extra points if you bring a friend!
