Plan one of the best dates with your partner and bring them to a couples class where you’ll be a team sharing a gourmet cooking experience! Our lesson teaches an array of great recipes and a three-course meal served with a sampling of wine. Come for sautéed fresh Mushrooms & Goat Cheese-Saffron Cream on Toast with Basil Oil Amuse and Butter Lettuce Salad with Toasted Walnuts & Gorgonzola, served with Sauvignon Blanc. The entrée is Slow Simmered Bolognese over Fresh Made Pappardelle Pasta; Grill Cooked Asparagus with Candied Bacon; Homemade Focaccia Bread with Olives & Fresh Herbs, and Marsala & Butter Cooked Fresh Carrots, served with Italian Barollo. Dessert will be Fresh Made Strawberry Gelato with Whipped Cream & Drunken Berries. Priced per Couple.
